What do the challenges look like? How much time do they take?

Challenges mirror the daily tasks for the role and are intentionally small (typically 30–90 minutes). They’re used for evaluation only (not to produce company deliverables). After you submit, you’ll get a scorecard you can choose to share on your profile to showcase your skills.

What are the rewards?

Some challenges are sponsored with a cash rewards pool. After the hiring team reviews, submissions are ranked and the best ones receive cash rewards. It’s pay-for-proof, not pay-to-apply. We recommend employers budget roughly 50% of the role’s hourly rate × the estimated task time, but exact payouts vary by role and company.

Will this really help me get hired faster?
